Shipping - All items will typically ship the same business day if your order is placed before 3:00 PM PST M-F. Shipping costs are
based on UPS Realtime rates and your choice of method. Free shipping offer is via USPS First Class and applicable to the lower

Warranties - All Headsets (except The 2003b Binaural Call Center Grade Headset) are covered by 2 year unconditional
warranties.
The 2003b comes with a 1 year limited warranty.
All Telephones & Amplifiers are covered by a 3 year unconditional warranty.
All Mobile Headsets are covered by a 6 month limited warranty.
All Cords are covered by a 1 year limited warranty

Returns - In the event that a return of merchandise becomes necessary, we simply ask that an authorized representative of your
company, or the individual purchaser, please contact us via phone or email prior to return of merchandise in order to obtain a
Return Authorization Number. Sorry, no exceptions. All returns are subject to a 15% restock fee. All items being returned must
have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number which must appear on the shipping label. Packages returned without an
RMA# will be refused.
Your item's must be sent back with all original product packaging. Do not write on the product packaging, do not put tape on it and
do not deface it or credit will not be given. Put the products into an outer carton.
(Do not put a label on the product packaging as this defaces it.)
All return merchandise must be in its original saleable condition when received. Please be sure to include all of the original
materials, accessories and manuals that the manufacturer included with the merchandise or no credit will be given.
New, non-defective product which is returned for credit or exchange is subject to a 15% restock fee. Shipping charges are non
refundable.
Returns must be sent freight prepaid within 30 days of the date purchased. Orders shipped and refused by the receiver will be
charged a 25% restock fee. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Defective products will be replaced within 30 days of purchase date, after that time the product is under the manufactures warranty.
